8 Shackleford Plaza is a two and half story 20,000 SF office building located in West Little Rock   Construction is conventional steel frame with structural bar joist floors and roof framing. The facade is brick masonry and stucco on metal studs. The sloping site permitted the plan configuration with parking on two levels and the permitted use of one elevator.
