The program included the development of a 20-acre site and design for food store, department store, discount, and specialty shops. Design style and character for future development areas. Service areas are to be screened from streets.
A linear shopping plan was selected to parallel Maumelle Boulevard, a four lane corridor with access points at each end of the site. Major tenants are located at each end and mid-point with specialty shops creating infill. Project was not realized.
