The Center of Bryant Bryant, Arkansas
The Bryant Community Center is a two story 73,000 multi-use building that incorporates a 5,500 sq. ft. Senior Citizens Center, with stage and full service kitchen, a 15,000 sq. ft. Boys and Girls Club and playground serving as after school services for 300+ children are housed within the Community Center. The center provides meeting rooms on two levels to accommodate functions for 300, 65, and 50 persons, a gymnasium with three college size basketball courts with a second level 3 lane exercise track, dance studio and exercise equipment room. Additional storage provides for a caterer’s kitchen, ice machines and cooling and freezing storage to serve the center and the on site baseball facilities. The Community Center provides Separate identity entrances with reception and information areas for the Senior Center and the Boys & Girls Clubs. Office, conference and training areas are provided for each function. A central mechanical system with boilers and chiller provides energy to fan rooms. Climate controls are monitored by an energy management system.
