This 14,000 SF Shopping is located on a sloping site located near a shopping and apartment development area in west Little Rock with a high vehicle count nearby on Bowman Road.  The building utilizes metal building system with E.I.F.S. fenestration and metal roofs. The Center was constructed in 1987.
