I worked with Mr. Eaton on several Little Rock School projects had a good working relationship. He asked me if I would like to help him with his personal residence. I was delighted that he had asked and we had a good time with the effort. He had a list of parameters in mind and he had selected several house plans that he liked that contained the planing layout and features that he wanted to include in his new home.
We worked together to combine the ideas into a home that was within his scope and sited it on his property.
