This home was designed for Monte Rial and family. Monte purchased this home and asked SGB to do extensive remodeling. We reorganized some of the flow within the main home and added a new metal roof over the existing flat roofs.
The additions included a large garage with two new bedrooms above. The new bedroom wing tied to the main house with a stair that tied into the existing corridor system.
I did not visit the site and do not have and photographic record. The drawing show the scope of the work with this project.
